Ashanti Region
Ashanti Region has a land size of 24,390sq
km, which is about 10.2% of the land area of Ghana. The region in its nodal structure share common boundaries, to the north with Brong Ahafo; to the south with Central Region, to the east with Eastern Region and to the west with Western Region. It lies approximately between longitude 0.15’ to 2.25’ west and latitude 5.50’ to 7.40’ north.
